I'm usually out of town most months of the year, so you would have the entire apartment to yourself when I’m away. The private bedroom has no frills with a full-sized bed, study desk, dresser drawers, and a semi-walk-in closet with plenty of shelf space. Utilities are included. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Upper East Side with many restaurants, boutique and artisan shops, parks and a promenade along the East River. M31 and M79 bus stops are just around the corner; 10-min walk to Q subway line or NYC ferry, and ~20-min walk to The Metropolitan Museum, Guggenheim Museum and Central Park. The building residents are very quiet and respectful of one another, so please be the same when living here. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Absolutely no parties and no smoking. Must be willing to submit an application for background checks and board approval if asked.
