Home in private neighborhood in Midtown Westport, laundry and off street parking, nice ranch style home. it’s very comfortable here, safe. 420 is okay but no severe alcoholics. And reasonably clean and nice person. Our park is 100 yards away. Since ranch style home, be in same common areas so a nice person would be great. Fenced backyard is very nice and peaceful. Have electronic darts, bicycle, great safe for walking, bicycle. A good dog would be welcome. Bathroom is very nice and pretty new, I definitely want a clean person, or not renting.
